Sottimano dolcetto bric de salto 2025

Ruby red color with brilliant hues. In the nose, hints of black cherry and juniper berries merge in a fresh and silky way on the palate, helping this wine to gain complexity as it ages. Both the profile and structure of this wine show an approach to vinification which highlights elegance while protecting the delicate and fragile Dolcetto grapes.

100% Dolcetto. Native yeast fermentation. Aged approximately 6 months in stainless steel. 

Farming Practice: Certified organic

• 100% Dolcetto harvested from 3 different vineyards (totaling 3.5 ha) in Neive: Cottá, Basarin, and San Cristoforo
• Fermentation and maceration on the skins for 20 days with indigenous yeasts
• Aged in stainless steel for six months
• No fining or filtration
• 1250 cases produced
