Can Feixes Estate, proprietary vineyards located in the foothills of the Upper

Penedès region, the Alt Penedès, D.O. Penedès.

• Altitude: 1400+ feet – highest vineyard in region

• Soil: Limestone and gravel

• Vine Age: 60+ years

• Vine Training System: Goblet

Harvest Notes

• 2023 an exceptionally dry year, with lowest overall yield in winery

history

• Older vines coped well with drought and produced small, high quality

fruit

• Hand harvested with selection in vineyard and cellar

• First press juice from gentle pneumatic pressing

• Static settling

• Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks

• Aged on lees in tank until February 2024 bottling

Winemaker's Notes

A pure and true expression of youthful Paradella, blended with other

indigenous varieties to highlight the floral and fruity characteristics of Huguet’s

estate. Round, fresh and mineral. Stony notes add complexity to this lively

white with a satisfying and crisp finish.
